Welcome to my little website dedicated to food and alcohol safety! My name is Tom Regan and I am a certified ServSafe Instructor. I have over 35 years experience in the food and beverage industry wich has grown into a passion for educating food service workers. My goal is to keep restaurants bars and other food and beverage suppliers compliant with local laws, responsible in their service to the community, and safe in their operations.
